SKF 6002-2RSH Sealed Deep Groove Ball Bearing
The SKF 6002-2RSH is a sealed single row deep groove ball bearing designed for smooth rotation and efficient shaft support in compact mechanical assemblies. It accommodates radial loads and axial loads in both directions while providing additional protection through integrated rubber contact seals.
Its factory grease lubrication and normal radial internal clearance make it a practical choice for equipment requiring the standard 6002 bearing dimensions with reduced routine maintenance.
Design and Construction
The SKF 6002-2RSH features a single row of steel balls running between deep raceway grooves. A stamped steel cage separates and guides the rolling elements during rotation.
Its bearing steel construction provides strength and effective load support under suitable operating conditions. With dimensions of 15x32x9mm, it offers a smaller outside diameter and narrower profile than the 6202 series while retaining the same 15mm bore.
2RSH Contact Seals and Internal Clearance
The 2RSH designation indicates rubber contact seals on both sides of the bearing. These help retain factory applied grease while restricting the entry of dust, moisture and other contaminants.
The bearing is supplied lubricated and sealed for low maintenance operation. Routine relubrication is not normally required.
It has normal radial internal clearance for applications where standard clearance is specified. Contact seals provide additional protection but introduce more friction than an open bearing.

If increased radial internal clearance is required, the SKF 6002-2RSH/C3 may be more suitable. For machinery requiring direct grease or oil lubrication, consider an appropriate open SKF 6002 variant.
