SKF 6203-2RSH/C3 Sealed Deep Groove Ball Bearing
The SKF 6203-2RSH/C3 is a sealed single row deep groove ball bearing designed for smooth rotation and effective shaft support in compact machinery. It accommodates radial loads and axial loads in both directions while combining protective contact seals with increased internal clearance.
Design and Construction
The SKF 6203-2RSH/C3 features a single row of steel balls running between deep raceway grooves. A sheet metal cage separates and guides the rolling elements during rotation.
Its bearing steel construction provides strength and reliable load support under suitable operating conditions. With dimensions of 17x40x12mm, it fits assemblies designed for the standard 6203 bearing size.
2RSH Contact Seals and C3 Internal Clearance
The 2RSH designation indicates rubber contact seals on both sides of the bearing. These help retain factory applied grease while restricting the entry of dust, moisture and other contaminants.
The bearing is supplied lubricated and sealed for low maintenance operation. Routine relubrication is not normally required.
Its C3 radial internal clearance is greater than normal clearance. This helps compensate for reductions in operating clearance caused by interference fits and temperature differences between the bearing rings.
