SKF 6200-2RSH Sealed Deep Groove Ball Bearing
The SKF 6200-2RSH is a sealed single row deep groove ball bearing designed for smooth rotation and effective shaft support in compact mechanical assemblies. It accommodates radial loads and axial loads in both directions while providing the added protection of rubber contact seals.
Unlike the open SKF 6200, this version is supplied with grease and sealed on both sides, helping reduce routine lubrication requirements.
Design and Construction
The SKF 6200-2RSH features a single row of steel balls running between deep raceway grooves. A sheet metal cage separates and guides the rolling elements during operation.
Its bearing steel construction provides strength and effective load support under suitable operating conditions. With dimensions of 10x30x9mm, the bearing offers a compact arrangement for machinery requiring the standard 6200 size.
2RSH Contact Seals and Internal Clearance
The 2RSH designation indicates steel reinforced nitrile rubber contact seals on both sides of the bearing. These seals help retain the factory applied grease and restrict the entry of dust, moisture and other contaminants.
The bearing is supplied lubricated and sealed for low maintenance operation. It is not designed for routine relubrication.
It has normal radial internal clearance for applications where standard clearance is specified. Contact seals provide additional protection but introduce more friction than an open bearing.
